ESG Management Structure

As the company continues to grow, we value more than just corporate governance and operational performance. For Grape King Bio, environment, social, and corporate governance performance (hereinafter referred to as ESG) is the best way to respond to stakeholders' anticipations of the company and to communicate the corporate vision. To fully integrate the core concepts of ESG into our management philosophy and culture, we are transforming the original CSR Committee into an interdepartmental "Sustainable Development and ESG Committee" in 2020, promoting ESG actions through the cooperation of various departments and the integration of internal management mechanisms.

The Sustainability and ESG Committee is under the General Manager's Office, led by the Chairman of the Board concurrently acting as General Manager, with senior executive representatives as the chairman of the committee, and select representatives from each unit (R&D Div., Manufacturing Div., Supply chain Div., Sales and Marketing Div., Finance Div., and Management Div.) as members, holding regular meetings to determine and implement ESG annual plans. In addition to the quarterly meetings of each unit and related teams, all members of the committee will hold ESG goal discussions at the middle and end of each year to report the results and plans for the implementation of ESG issues, with regular reviews and report on the effectiveness of implementations and the directions of improvement to the Chairman and Board of Directors.
