Manufacture and Requisite Testing for Pure Water

The pure water used in Grape King Bio’s production processes is required to pass through multiple treatment processes to remove impurities and harmful substances. Furthermore, the water quality is continuously inspected and monitored to ensure its quality before being used as material for producing health products.

In 2022, Grape King Bio spent TWD$ 400,000 on commissioned water quality inspections. Besides commissioning external agencies for regular inspection of water quality, Grape King Bio also conducts its own internal monitoring, with 518 specimens inspected in the year. Personnel from the Quality Management Department regularly go to water usage points for sampling, conducting 11~13 tests as required by the regulations.

Wastewater Disposal Management

With regards to the management of wastewater disposal, Grape King Bio has established a comprehensive operation process, with the wastewater treated before its disposal and the water quality tested regularly, ensuring that the discharged water quality complies with government regulations; as a result, there were no violations of environmental protection laws and regulations in 2022.
