In addition to general food and health food, we also provide professional inspections of Chinese herbal material and cosmetics.

Individual customers: The inspection fee must be paid in full, and the Company will only provide the relevant services after confirming payment.

Business customers: Pay according to the payment method agreed in the contract terms.

Service notice

  • Please provide the sample quantity of the item required for the inspection. If the quantity is insufficient, it will be troublesome to supplement the inspection sample. The Company will consider any supplementary sample to be different from the original sample, and results of the supplementary sample and the original sample will be listed in the reports separately.
  • The working days for inspection do not include national holidays. The number of working days will be informed verbally and does not include the time of final report and delivery.
  • If the inspection item is not listed in the preceding items, please call to inquire and a colleague will be able to assist you. Some inspection items will not apply to the normal working days due to the inspection method.
  • In addition to ordinary items, if an urgent or special crucial item is selected, please call us to arrange the inspection schedule for you in advance.
  • The person who applies and pays for the above inspection agrees that all tests will be performed by the test service terms set by our company.
  • If the applicant fails to pay in accordance with the contract, the applicant shall take liability for repayment and guarantee.
  • The applicant guarantees the authenticity and correctness of the information provided, and is willing to accept relevant legal responsibilities if there is any fabrication or falsehood.
