Certification Summary

Grape King Bio has its own health food and pharmaceutical production lines. Safety and quality are top priorities for every production line to manufacture outstanding products. For pharmaceutical requirements, Grape King Bio has always upheld the quality standards of GMP for medical products. We maintain constant monitoring of our entire production flow and have established multiple check points to ensure product safety and effectiveness. Grape King Bio achieved dual certification, including the PIC/S GMP and Good Distribution Practice (GDP). Our commitment to quality is aimed at providing our customers with safe products of the highest quality.

 

Grape King Bio upholds a strict food safety policy which includes continuous innovation, QA and QC of our quality products, achieving social responsibility, building customer confidence and strengthened corporate management for food safety. Our various factories have obtained both local and international certifications which include FSSC22000, ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System), HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control points), TQF (Taiwan Quality Foods), TFDA Taiwan Food and Drug Administration, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice for Health Supplements) and NSF Good Manufacturing Practice. Furthermore Grape King Bio has also been approved by the Taiwan Halal Integrity Development Association (THIDA) and the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) to receive Halal Certification.

Food Safety Laboratory with International Standards

Grape King Bio established a Food Safety Laboratory which meets International Standards that is certified to ISO/IEC 17025 by TAF (Taiwan Accreditation Foundation). Our laboratory enforces the highest level of product quality inspections for Grape King Bio. Inspections and tests that Grape King Bio conduct include microorganisms and various hazardous substances, comprehensively managing raw materials and product checks related to food safety factors.

 

Providing customers with quality products is a core belief of Grape King and every single employee. Stringent internal controls and requirements as well as source control are both critical to release a good product. Grape King therefore engages in constant exchanges, communication, and regular on-site inspections with its upstream suppliers. Such efforts, together with internal inspection, help ensure that all incoming raw materials, supplies, and food additives are compliant to existing laws and specifications to ensure that our customers are provided products that are healthy and safe at the same time.
