Congratulations! Grape King Bio Ranked in Top 5% by TWSE in Corporate Governance Evaluation.



The Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation (TWSE) has announced the results of the 2021 Corporate Governance Evaluations. For the second year in a row, Grape King Bio is honored to be one of only 46 listed companies, from a total of 1639, in the top 5% for excellent corporate governance. Grape King Bio has been committed to practicing corporate sustainability, in addition to cultivating various aspects of ESG. We attach great importance on Corporate Governance by supporting gender equality, therefore have increased the percentage of female board of directors to 42%. This is much higher than the average 12.2% for listed Taiwanese companies. We have also set up 2 functional committees to strengthen corporate governance focusing on shareholder Interests and rights through the transparency of information. Grape King Bio is pride to be evaluated by TWSE as the only Biotechnology listed company in the top 5%. This affirmation shows our commitment to delivering our long-term ESG mission and goals in a transparent manner.
