We will not disclose your personal identifiable information to any third party, unless the third party is the Company’s agent or entrusted subcontractor to assist or represent the Company to provide products within the scope of the abovementioned purposes or services to you. We only give the subcontractor or agent the necessary information to achieve the purpose of the appointment, and require them to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data and prohibit the use of your information for purposes other than the appointed services.

In accordance with Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the rights to request to inquire, review, copy, supplement, correct, cessation of the collection/processing/use of or erase your personal data. The members of the Company’s website can directly log in to the website to modify your personal data, and we will confirm receipt of the changes to your personal data by email notification; only if you request to terminate membership, delete, remove your personal data or cessation of processing and use, Grape King Bio will not be able to continue to provide or stop related membership rights (such as reward points or free gifts, etc.) and services. Grape King Bio reserves the right to request you to return the free gift, reward or consideration obtained from the agreement of processing and using your personal data by Grape King eShop/Grape King/ Grape King Museum.
