Fermentation capacity

Our Biotech Research Institute presently holds a fermentation production capacity of 386 tons, which is the largest in Taiwan. This is made up of six 1 ton, a 2 ton, a 3 ton, five 5 ton, a 10 ton, four 20 ton, four 40 ton and a 50 ton. Including pilot fermenters, there are a total of 50 fermentors making up a total fermentation production capacity of 386 tons, the largest in Taiwan.  In 2015 Grape King Bio became the world’s first company to mass produce Erinacine A, targeting  the growing neurodegenerative disease market. Our eye care product Cordyceps cicadae and Erinacine A and Cordyceps cicadae mycelia are now being sold in America and Japan respectively.
