Product Green Packaging Design

Grape King Bio has long been committed to the design of lightweight and environmentally friendly materials for packaging to reduce environmental hazards.

Lightweight Glass Bottles

The ComeBest beverages currently uses lightweight bottles with a uniform thickness that are also aesthetically pleasing. The lightweight glass bottle possesses about half the thickness of the traditional glass bottle and is lighter with better uniformity, maintaining its original safety function while significantly reducing the amount of glass and the energy required for transportation.

Aluminum Can Design

Grape King Bio’s PowerBOMB energy drink uses aluminum cans as the packaging material because aluminum is a 100% recyclable resource that can be recycled and reproduced many times. In the future, the company will shift toward lightweight packaging material as the major container for products to reduce the environmental impact of resource extraction.

Environmentally Responsible Use of Raw Materials

At present, 100% of our aluminum foil pack product series are produced using green pulp certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSCTM) to ensure that the applied paper comes from legitimate and correctly-managed forests, avoiding excessive tree felling.

Starting from 2019, many of Grape King Bio's products have been switched to recyclable plastic bottles, which can finally be recycled from consumers by Grape King Bio once they contents have been consumed. We collect the used bottles and give them to Taiwanese environmental company where they are broken down into plastic pellets and supplied to certified environmentally-friendly manufacturers for production and reuse. We require these environmentally-friendly manufacturers to provide information on the flow of the produced plastic pellets to ensure that the plastic pellets can be reused by consumers in other forms. In addition, Grape King Bio plans to expand its recyclable product packaging to more product lines, so that the environmental impact of packaging can be reduced.
